Driving via I-87/ New York State Thruway
From the South: Take I-87 to Exit 18 (New Paltz). Turn left onto route 299 towards New Paltz. Proceed 1.5 miles through the town and follow signs to 32 North. Turn right onto 32 North and continue 7 miles toward Rosendale. After crossing the second bridge, immediately turn left onto route 213 West. Proceed 7/10ths of a mile on 213 through Rosendale. Turn left onto Keator Ave/(Route 7) and across the bridge. Follow Keator around to the right, past St. Peter's Church. When the road curves left, proceed straight onto Mountain Road. Sky Lake Lodge is 1.2 miles on the left. (Hillcrest Lane).
From the North: Take I-87 to Exit 19 (Kingston). From tollbooth, make the very first right (before traffic circle). Take second ramp to 209 South (Ellenville). Proceed 10.5 miles, through Stone Ridge/Marbletown. Pass Emmanuel's shopping center, then go to traffic light -make a left onto 213 East toward Rosendale. Go 2.5 miles through High Falls and turn right onto Mossy Brook Road. (at bottom of slope/Captain Schoomaker's B&B). Go 100 yards and make first left onto Mountain Road. Go up 1 mile, Sky Lake Lodge is on the right. (Hillcrest Lane).

By Bus
Sky Lake Lodge is easily accessible by bus from NYC. Travel time is usually less than two hours.
Take the Adirondack Trailways/ Pine Hill Trailways bus from Port Authority Terminal, New York City to Rosendale, NY. Click here for NYC bus schedule.
There are no taxis in Rosendale, so it is necessary to arrange with the lodge ahead of time to be picked-up. A transportation fee will be charged. Please call us several days in advance so that we can schedule your arrival time.
By Plane
The closest airport to Sky Lake Lodge is Albany Airport. Buses depart several times a day from the airport to Rosendale, NY. Click here for Albany bus schedule and information.
The other major airports are Newark, LaGuardia and JFK. If you are traveling to these airports, it is recommended that you rent a car at the airport and drive to the lodge. If this is not possible, it is necessary to take a cab, shuttle or subway to Manhattan. Then follow the directions above for travel by bus from Port Authority Bus Station.
